The event is annually held in gorgeous setting that extends around Sierra de Segura, a small village in the province of Jaén, Andalusia, Spain, and revolves primarily around Mudéjar Castle, a significant monument, placed on top of the town and surrounded by the ancient walls. As always, this year was a great success drawing more than 500 pilots from different parts of Spain, Europe and even South America.

About 20,000 people gathered at the International Air Festival 2015 FIA Helm during the first  weekend in June to enjoy numerous paraglider as well as paramotor events. Apart from the main event, the ACRO Monumental, an aerobatic competition in which some of the world’s best paragliding pilots take off  of the dungeon, performing all crazy maneuvers, the festival furthermore included a film festival with 32 entries from 20 countries, workshops, exhibitions (freestyle paramotor among others) and live music. All set in the middle of the natural park of Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas, the largest natural park of Spain. Simply beautiful.
