Freeride World Tour 2018 Hakuba Japan staged in Kicking Horse Golden BC

The Freeride World Tour (FWT) expands to Asia!? No. The season kick-off of the world’s most important freeride series for skiers and snowboarders wasn´t held at Hakuba (JPN).  Organizers and athletes successfully restaged the Hakuba, Japan event that was postponed due to difficult snow and weather conditions.

The second stage of the tour will also guest at a new location, champagne powder paradise Kicking Horse near Golden, British Columbia (CAN). The series continues with the well-proven spectacular slopes of Vallnord-Arcalís (AND), Fieberbrunn (AUT), and Verbier (SUI).
